How long is the free trial period valid?
During our contact center free trial, you will have the opportunity to try Silver Edge for two weeks or 200 minutes (whichever comes first). We only provide a free trial period for programs part of our shared operator pool. Due to the nature of our specialized agent programs, we are unable to offer a free trial period. Our customer service staff, contact center operators, and our technology are all available to you throughout the test period, and we urge you to interact with them.
